On The Golf Course:

Little Rock

First Tee – Central Arkansas operates out of the City of Little Rock’s First Tee golf course and serves young people throughout Central Arkansas. In addition to a 9-hole regulation length Chairman’s course, there is a 9-hole, par-3 Honors course, chipping and putting areas, and a 16-acre driving range. The 7,000 square foot learning facility provides three classrooms where children learn valuable life-skills, in addition to golf. Through First Tee-Central Arkansas, we cater to more than 16,000 children from Little Rock and the surrounding areas with year-round classes, tournaments, outreach and other special events. Little Rock is the primary location for delivering the Life Skills Experience (LSE). Membership in the Little Rock LSE program is $300 annually and provides unlimited year-long access to the golf facilities as well as the LSE classes.

North Little Rock

Located on the Arkansas River, 1/4 of a mile northeast of the Big Damn Bridge, The Northshore Golf Range is equipped with lights and a Golf Range Servant Machine which is open 24/7. Students’ focus will be chipping, pitching and full swing on the driving range while receiving instruction from our trained Coaches.

Benton

In an effort to expand programming into Saline County, Longhills Golf Course will be offering Programming beginning Fall 2024.

Conway, Morrilton, and Russellville

The First Tee of Central Arkansas is proud to partner with Community Service, Inc. and local golf courses in presenting The First Tee program to communities outside of Little Rock. The First Tee program is designed around helping young people understand and ultimately develop nine core values: honesty, integrity, sportsmanship, respect, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, courtesy, and judgement while learning the fundamentals of the golf swing and the game. In addition participants learn interpersonal skills, self management, goal setting and resiliency skills. Community Service, Inc. manages their own Life Skills Experience programming.
